Elite of state take the leadership for smother division of the state

Elite of state take the leadership for smother division of the state                                             Ch.V.Prabhakar Rao, Senior Journalist
After a long battle Telangana people took a free and long breathe. The Congress party at last understood and come to a conclusion that it has  no other option than to go ahead on Telangana issue and adopted a the T note in its cabinet after 63 days of its formal decision, on 30th july,2013. The elite people of both the regions strive to bind the ethnic groups by geographically dividing.

The Congress party`s decision is not a new but it has stalled the process intentionally to woo the Seemandhra leaders and some capitalists and make them to understand the delicacy of the issue. The \Seemandhra leaders dragged the issue to its end, to their benefit and burned all the oil in the lamp. They all banged together to keep their interests safeguarded, instead of to take care of their people, who voted them and expected to safeguard their rights in the crucial periods.

The Seemaandhra people were not against the Telangana state formation but the apprehensions created and propagated by some vested interests created many doubts in their minds. Many of the intellectuals of Seemaandhra were kept themselves away from this sponsored movement. Common man too tried to depart from the movement and go for a peaceful life and friendly division of the Andhra Pradesh state into two states.
The present movement is orchestrated and organized only with mollified political intentions.

In principally, all the political parties have accepted the Telangana state formation and clearly, orally and by writing declared their opinions, in public, private talks and in government meetings. Then how the Telugu Desham party  or Congress can question the decision of the central government`s decision? The question of the YUVA SHRAMIKA RAITHU CONGERSS PARTY (YSRCP),What is its position and ideology in politics ?It has born from the agony of mollified people of  power mongers and  the young politicians who are no past history than individual  following because of their own benefits, The ways and means to get benefit in the name of politics is no way bothered by these people.

The individual praise and sycophancy yielded some of these politicians and their goons. The gang of the persons only turned into a party. Of course, the death of Rajashekar Reddy is a great tragedy.  We must express our solidarity to his family members, but not at the cost of the state. Jagan Mohan Reddy may need sympathies of every one and had supported by the party, but the way his gang behaved and tried to blackmail the central government and party high command is condemnable. Here only he lost the sympathies of many senior leaders and people. At the same time the allegations made on his wealth and the modus operand of his companies assets accumulation in the period of his father`s tenure, as Chief Minister of state.

In  this back drop the agitation in Seemaandhra region not accepted by many other region people as genuine as the movement of public. After the formal decision of the Congress party CWC`s decision of Telangana sate formation only the YSRCP has taken a decision to corner TDP leader Chandra Babu Naidu for the state division by forgetting their promise and assurance given at Idupualpaya plenary to its Telangana leaders and in public meetings in Telangana region by its Honorary President Mrs.VijayaLaxmi, that the YSRCP is not oppose the Center`s decision on Telangana state formation.
As per the political analysts the party may not withstand in the forthcoming general elections, unless it take any provocative and inflammable decision to control its cadre from migrating to other parties. The party may attract the politicians but not public on spreading currency. Really there is no any ideology and economic policies to the party, except blaming game on congress and Telugu Desham party and praise their late leader Rajashekar Reddy.

The agitation was fueled by the YSRCP and its MLAs by offering resignations. Then the TDP joined to gain from the bonfire of the agitation. Almost all congress cadres were silent for a long time and joined the bandwagon of the agitating team. There was no much influence of the agitation until the APNGOs strike. APNGOs strike begins to safe guard the rights of Hyderabad and Secretarariate employees and their status in Hyderabad.

But within a week, the unlawfully elected APNGOs president PARACHURI ASHOK BABU, who belongs to a powerful community in Andhra region, entry into the Seemaandhra districts as Messiah of Seemandhra people emerged and accepted by the agitators. But everyone must understand that, till today the Seemandhra movement could not bring under one umbrella. Why? The agitation in all the 13 districts run and managed by 300 leaders of different back ground leaders. All of them never come in to one camp, because of their own reasons, best known to them only.

How a state government non gazette employee can manage and handle the agitation without political patronage? Take the example of the Telangana region, though the JACs leading the movement, all political parties’ patronages the movement. May be Congress and TDP leadership not supported but the entire cadre in this region always behind the movement. This critical situation made the high command of parties to bow before the public demand and declare they too support the Telangana state formation process. The cadre of both the parties rejected their high commands and joined the movement in individual status.

Now only the YCP has taken U turn and trying to gain from the ashes of TELUGU people. The total blame for this pathetic and dangerous situation in Seemandhra region goes to YCP. If YCP has not gone back on its stand on Telangana issue the situation in that region is something different.
The real issues and subject to be discussed on this crucial time has gone back and political issues and electoral issues and vote bank issues came forward. No one bathers about the daily labour, road side wanders and hawkers, who are real sufferers in the bundhs and strikes? We never take into consideration, the most populated people SCs, STs and other backward communities` feelings. Because they are not pressure groups, but they are only vote banks.

The most spread apprehensions in the agitation about our youth`s future in Hyderabad and water. As per presidential order most of the jobs in all 23 districts, including Hyderabad is reserved for local and some gazette posts also filled according to zonal system. Telangana and Andhra regions have two zones each and one to Rayalaseema. The zonal and district level jobs for only the zonal and district youth. The remaining state level group I posts and State Secretarariate section heads and departmental heads. How many thousand or lakhs of jobs we have at this level? Why, Mr.Ashok Babu did not disclose the number of vacancies we can create every year at this stage? Because, these jobs are only fistful. If they disclose the number of jobs and the number of employees in Hyderabad, will prove the allegations of the Telangana people that, the Seemandhra people illegally working in Hyderabad and in state Secretarariate, more than their share.

Anyhow, at this stage the parties and leaders of Seemaandhra region have to go ahead on people needs fulfillment, instead of their own agenda, otherwise the people Seemaandhra public will never forgive them in future. In this forthcoming election anybody can win and anybody can lose but the Telangana and Seemandhra people have to be friendly forever.
Overnight conspiracies of political leaders will create enmity in common man, which is not good for any region. Politics have to improve humanity and prosperity in ethnic groups and develop hand in hand. Hope these Machiavelli tricks may not affect the feelings of Seemandhra and Telangana people and the division of the state will end in a smoother way.
